Why do you use felt in some Epura Kids products?
Felt is used in certain Epura Kids collections for its softness, water-repellent properties, ability to absorb sound, and child-friendly feel.
It helps create accessible, visually calming spaces adapted to children’s everyday lives.
Are Epura Home products suitable for children?

Orders & shipping
Which payment methods do you accept?

What are your delivery times?
Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Delivery times then vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Do you ship outside Canada?
At this time, we ship only within Canada.
How can I track my order?
A confirmation email containing a tracking number will be sent as soon as your order ships.
Returns & support
Can I return an item?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, provided the items are in their original condition.
