Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after they are placed.

Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Orders containing handmade products will be shipped once the items are ready. Production may take up to 7 business days, depending on the product.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, your shipping address, and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated shipping costs are displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
